How we price work.
Fixed-fee discovery first
One to three weeks, at a small fixed fee agreed before we start. It ends in a prototype, an architecture and a written estimate. The plan is yours, whoever builds it.
A written estimate, in your currency
The build is quoted in writing, in US dollars or dirhams, before anyone commits to it. You decide with the full scope and cost in front of you.
Billed against milestones
Fixed-scope projects are paid in stages tied to working software, so each payment follows something you have already seen.
Running costs stated up front
Hosting, AI usage and support are quoted before you commit, so what the software costs to run is never a surprise after launch.
What moves the price is scope, the number of user roles, integrations with your existing systems and compliance needs, far more than any day rate. Share a rough budget when you get in touch and we will tell you plainly what fits it.
04 — THE PROOF
We run our own software in production.
Most firms you will talk to build software for other people to run. We do that too, and we also built DigiSign, a cloud digital-signage platform with a Gemini-backed AI content studio, which we operate ourselves. Screens in real venues depend on it staying up.
For a retailer, restaurant group or hotel in the UAE, that is also a product you can use: design screen content with AI, schedule it by time of day, and manage every outlet's screens from one console.
