Privacy policy.
What we collect on this site, why, where it lives, and how to have it deleted. Short sections, plain language.
This policy covers dynamb.com, the website of Dynamb Technologies, Shivlok Colony, Phase II, Majra, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248171, India. It explains what personal data this site collects, what we do with it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to visitors and to people who contact us through the site. Client project data is governed separately, by each engagement's contract and NDA.
What we collect
We collect what you type, what web servers record by default, and limited website-usage data when analytics is enabled.
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, company (optional), a description of your project, and a budget range (optional).
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Direct contact: whatever you include when you email [email protected], call, or message us on WhatsApp.
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — standard records kept by any web server for security and troubleshooting.
- Website analytics: Google Analytics may receive pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source, and interaction events. We do not send enquiry contents or player licensing data to analytics.
We do not collect payment details, government identifiers, or any special categories of personal data through this site.
Why we collect it
We use this data to reply to your enquiry and discuss your project; send the newsletter you subscribed to; keep the site secure and working; and understand aggregate website performance so we can improve it. We process this data on the basis of your consent (where you chose to send it) and our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and maintaining an effective website. We do not use your data for automated decision-making.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses essential cookies required for functions such as form security. When analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may also set or read identifiers used to measure visits and interactions. We do not use advertising tags or sell analytics data. You can block or delete these identifiers in your browser and can use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Where local law requires consent before analytics runs, we will apply the appropriate consent controls.
Where your data lives
Form submissions and newsletter addresses are stored on our servers and in the inboxes of the people who reply to you. Our hosting provider, email provider, and — when analytics is enabled — Google process limited data on our behalf. Hosting and analytics infrastructure may be located in India or in other jurisdictions; where data crosses borders, it does so under the relevant provider's contractual safeguards.
What we never do
We do not sell personal data. We do not rent, trade, or share it with third parties for their marketing. We do not use enquiry contents to train AI models. The only circumstances in which we would disclose your data are a lawful order from a competent authority, or a professional adviser bound by confidentiality.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for up to three years afterwards, so we have context if you come back. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe — every issue carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately. Server logs rotate automatically, typically within 90 days. When a retention period ends, the data is deleted, not archived.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with equivalent law (such as the GDPR), we honour the matching rights — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection — regardless of where you are writing from.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected] with the address you used to contact us. We will confirm and act within one month, and usually much faster. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India or your local supervisory authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to submissions is limited to the people who need it to reply to you, protected by access controls we operate as an engineering firm that runs production systems for a living. No internet transmission is perfectly secure, but we treat your enquiry with the same care we apply to client systems.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect. Material changes will be noted plainly at the top of this page.
