PNG to PDF converter
Convert PNG files to PDF without the quality loss most converters sneak in: PNGs embed natively here, never re-encoded to JPEG, so the crisp edges of screenshots, diagrams and text captures stay pixel-perfect. That is precisely why PNG-heavy documents — UI screenshots for a bug report, whiteboard captures, signature images — deserve a converter that treats PNG as PNG. Everything runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

How to use this tool
-
Add your PNG files
Drop one or many PNGs — screenshots, exported charts, scanned signatures. Each appears as a thumbnail in page order.
-
Arrange and choose a page size
Drag to reorder, then pick A4 or Letter for documents, or "Fit to image" so each page matches its screenshot exactly.
-
Convert and download
The PDF is assembled on your device with the PNG data embedded losslessly — text in screenshots stays razor sharp.
Questions people ask
Does converting PNG to PDF lose quality?
Not here. The PNG's own bytes are embedded into the PDF unchanged — no JPEG re-encoding, so the hard edges of text and lines in screenshots never grow fuzzy halos. Many converters silently convert to JPEG; this one does not.
What happens to PNG transparency?
The alpha channel is preserved in the embedded image, and PDF viewers show transparent areas against the white page — so a transparent-background logo or signature prints exactly as if stamped on paper.
Why convert screenshots to PDF instead of sending the images?
One PDF keeps ten screenshots in a fixed order with consistent page sizes — far easier to review than a zip of images that every chat app compresses and reorders. It is the standard way to submit UI evidence, assignment answers and payment proofs.
Can I mix PNG with JPG photos in one PDF?
Yes — add both. Each format is detected by its actual content and embedded the native way: PNGs losslessly, JPGs without recompression.
Which page size should I pick for screenshots?
"Fit to image" makes each PDF page exactly the screenshot's size — no white borders, no scaling. Choose A4 only when the PDF is headed for print or a portal that expects standard pages.
Are my images uploaded?
No — the PDF is built entirely in your browser. Screenshots of dashboards, chats and account pages often contain more private data than people notice, which is a good reason to keep the conversion on your own device.
